Ooooh, Cheryl, that is a lovely idea...coconut cupcake flavored coffee. Nope, we don't make any coffees, just drink and use them in our recipes. Coconut coffees are not easy to come by! We searched high and low locally for anything coconut and came up with nothing in our coffee cup.

We have found a coffee by Archer Farms (by Target) that we love - Coconut Macaroon. It is a mild roast and is yummy. We use a burr grinder and it comes through beautifully because it doesn't contain excessive oils like many flavored coffees.

You can probably find the Archer Farms ground coffee at your local Target store and the whole beans at Target Greatland or SuperTarget.

Any coconut coffee finds? Please post'em!

WOW, thanks for the lovely comments and the links! And the pictures, too. I've always loved the "particular housewives" one, which was actually a catalogue cover back in the '90s... that would be the 1990s.) We appreciate you taking the time to talk about us - have a good holiday season. PJ Hamel, King Arthur Flour baker/blogger, on behalf of my fellow 166 employee-owners
