Our Products
Our cakes are fresh and made to order. We don’t freeze our cakes or ship them. Our fondant is created right in our kitchen and made fresh to order. We’ve yet to try all ready-made fondants, but we just don’t like what we have tasted. Dissatisfaction helps ingenuity come to light.
We specialize in custom designed cakes and are proud to be considered cake decorators that create cakes that are both eye catching and delicious.
Costs
The minimum cake price for any cake is $100. Cake prices are dependent on a number of variables and on a cake-by-cake basis. The complexity of the design, employment of additional materials, and size of the cake are some of the factors that are considered in the price of the cake.
Payment
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit and completed order form to reserve the date of your celebration. The remainder of the purchase price is due at least five working days prior to your event. Payment can be made by cash, check, USPS money order, or PayPal electronic transfer. We typically require three weeks’ notice for all cake orders.
Delivery & Shipping
We do not ship our cakes. We do charge for delivery of our cakes outside our delivery area in and around Champaign, Urbana, Paxton, Rantoul, Gibson City, and other selected territories. Please inquire for further details.
Ordering a Cake
We really appreciate it when our customers take the time to think about what they want and supply us with as many details, pictures, drawings, and ideas as possible. How many people do you need to feed? Tiered? 3-D? Dual-flavored? Buttercream icing? Fondant?
We love creative concepts. Want to order a cake for your daughter who loves shoes? We can design a cake that will fit her! How about giving your favorite gardener an edible bouquet?
So, gather your info. (how many mouths need cake, design you have in mind, flavors and colors you like, any doodles or photos) and drop us a line and we’ll get back to you with a price quote, additional questions, and/or an order form.
